Chad Calltharp, President and Owner, has a total of 18 years experience in the business. His early years were spent hanging wallpaper and painting million dollar homes. From this beginning, he quickly expanded the company into remodeling for both residential and commercial clients. While overseeing all aspects of the business, Chad's concern for the satisfaction of his clients is evidenced by the time he spends on each job monitoring its progress. His reputation for job site cleanliness and meeting deadlines is well deserved. "No job is complete until the client is 100% satisfied."

Janet Calltharp, Allied member ASID, is Ashbrooke Remodeling's lead designer. She is a graduate of The Art Institute of Dallas with honors with a BFA in Interior Design. In addition to her work as an interior designer, she has extensive experience in the Risk Management industry. This combination of experience makes her not only creative but skilled in the determination of what is safe in the designs for her clients.
